Barcelona are desperate to raise funds to buy two more players this summer and register Jules Kounde for the 2022/23 season. The Catalans how outlined a few players to be sold to raise enough money for the La Liga club, with at least 3 to 4 players set to make their exits from the Camp Nou before the transfer window closes.
According to Barca Universal, Martin Brathwaite, Samuel Umtiti, Sergino Dest, and Memphis Depay are the likeliest to be sold by Barcelona this summer.
Frenkie de Jong and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could also be set to leave the Camp Nou with Chelsea pushing to sign the Gabonese striker from Barcelona. Barcelona have just 9 days to the end of the summer transfer window to register Jules Kounde and will be desperate to offload all players to be able to raise the funds for the French defender’s registration.
Meanwhile, Barcelona has scheduled a meeting with Frenkie de Jong’s representatives in a last-ditch effort to pressure the midfielder into accepting a transfer offer from Manchester United. Barcelona are now desperate to sell Frenkie de Jong and five other first-team squad players as they scramble to raise funds before the end of the transfer window, Daily Mirror reports.
